slow, methodical can be good

I had a lazy kind of workout yesterday, did 10 mins on stair master, level 2, 10 mins on bike, with a high RPM (trying that instead of a slow heavy, doing fast light), 10 mins on elliptical. Did the circuit, did some free weights, did a lot of stretching. All in a lazy kind of way.Did some new exercises, the calf extension on the sled, free weights biceps and triceps instead of on machines, adndoing oblique crunches too. Well, the result is that I felt great last night (slept early and like a rock!) and feel great this morning! My legs feel great, no weird knee pain, and they feel stronger. So the non-impact cardio and focus on stretching and strengthening was a good call. Today is swim!
