I was a killer, man, it was total Shaq moments… except for the slew (slough?) of fouls that I racked up. Slapping at people when they’re shooting is probably the most egregious. New ref meant 1) didn’t know how to line up people in women’s basketball 2) called lots of new things the other guys [...]

Yeah, it was hard waking up, it was hard doing little exercises. Just hard. I don’t know why - did stay up an hour or so past bedtime reading Nick Hornby’s novel which is so weird. Exercises felt good, remarked this morning on how the walk to the bus is much easier and i do [...]

I guess it’s take each day as it comes, hmm. Had bizarre dreams last night. Kept waking up, finally got some water and fell back asleep. It was still in the late 70s around 11am last night. Amazing for SF! Had a good workout yesterday, kind of mellow. Managed to get on a lot of [...]

Even though I made some great beef spaghetti, eating out last night just put me in a gross slump. Same thing last Thursday- getting fish and chips just brought me down. Having guests and stuff just shifts your whole plan. Also, realized that haven’t done yoga in a month! Going to gym to swim/lift tonight.
ok [...]

OK I finally went out and dared the waters. I had to use the “fast” lane because it was the only one slightly free. Took forever to get my goggles on right, and then I got tired so quickly! I wondered if it was boredom or fatigue, not sure. Did the whirlpool/sauna combo making me [...]
