OK I finally went out and dared the waters. I had to use the “fast” lane because it was the only one slightly free. Took forever to get my goggles on right, and then I got tired so quickly! I wondered if it was boredom or fatigue, not sure. Did the whirlpool/sauna combo making me really mellow all night. Swimming is pretty cool and it is less work than you think getting in the suit and all.

Went through the circuit stations with the gym’s quasi-personal trainer, the “wellness coach”. New machines, new weights. I’m doing more leg exercises and focusing on back and abs. I think my back and shoulder muscles build really fast. Did some cardio. I really want to go on a bike ride soon, get all rigged out for that.

Horrendous sneezing this morning … cat allergies?
