Kind of feel let down after finishing novel. Also had one workout day, but really need to get back on wagon. Ended up working out so much on Wed. that my legs were all tweaky at night, sore from the exertion. Had a “break” yesterday, just watched DVDs. THis morning did some stretches. Thing was I was lying in bed thinking about stretching and finally just got up and did it :) Well you have to write down the bad times so when the good times come around you can see just how good, comparatively, or something. Is that logical? Not sure.
