boring advice

Yeah, it’s ever more true that sleep, good food and exercise help to make you feel and look good. It’s that basic thing. Well it’s true through practice, got a lot of sleep this weekend, ate better, and went on a 1:20 minute walk (listening to Bleak House- really good) and I feel much better, like the cold is progressing at least towards being over.

Exciting times! I did a lot of packing which is kind of depressing, going through old stuff and all, but listened to an album I bought a while ago, Kanye West (nominated for 10 or so Emmy’s), and that is a very fine album. Busy week, but don’t feel that stressed anymore.
