It was pretty drippy this morning – Tai Chi people had taken a raincheck, I guess. I didn’t unfurl my ungainly umbrella. Kind of limpy this morning from last night’s workout. It was so bright too, it’s been sunny and showers all day.

Last night stopped in the library 20 minutes before closing (mysterious 30 cent fine…). There was a chatty librarian clerk person who wanted to talk about the weather. I’m amazed at the quantity of good looking guys in this neighborhood.

Breakdown of businesses on one block of my hood describes the neighborhood to a T: world famous truffle maker, homeless halfway-house-storefront, nail place, tourist bike rental, fondu & beer shop, Chinese mechanic, all night liquor store (with a good wine selection), and gallery. Go figure!
