slightly addicted to google fights.falafel versus burrito. swedish versus lithuanian. You know, basic polarities duke it out until the bitter end. coffee versus tea.

Reading Henry Dana’s Two Years Before the Mast, one of the best books I’ve read in a while, next to Bridget Jones Diary author Helen Fielding’s latest,
Olivia Joules and her Overactive Imagination
. The Dana book is so amazing. It’s liek the exciting maritime writing like Melville combined with early California curiosities.

Back to fascinating topics like the commute to work, which was done so quickly, and not manically. I’m kind of surprised with the upcoming last minute trip to Minnesota and all of the crazy logistics that involve that, that I haven’t gotten absent-minded as is my wont. I guess I’m kind of focussed. Hmm.
