		<description>I read through this post and thought I was doing reasonably well for a minute or two - then I got totally lost!
I have a couple of blogs which I am not keeping up to date, one at blogspot and the other on my website. I'd love to see a quick tutorial that gave the older gut, like me, enough information to take advantage of what is on offer.
Add ons, interfaces, moveable types - it's a foreign language!</description>
