2 days later

Deirdre: I’ve setup a call for you at 10 AM Thursday.
Me: I’m sorry my schedule has gotten crowded.
Deirdre: You’re not free? Can you send me your availabilities?

2 days later
Deirdre: I’ve setup a call for you at 10 AM Monday.

Susanna: You passed, that was great, we’d like to move you onto the next set of interviews. Can you send me your availabilities?

2 days later:

Susanna: I’ve sent 5 interview blocks.
Me: I can’t make block 3.
Susanna: My scheduler will be in contact.
Simon: Hi, Can you send me your availabilities?

2 days later:

Simon: I’ve slated you for a new set of interviews
Me: I’m sorry the availabilities are out of date now, can we switch the third interview?
Simon: Can you send me your availabilities?
Me: Can you just use Calendly so there are no conflicts? It works with Google Calendar and blocks out my time.
Simon: I’m sorry we can’t work with Calendly. Can you send me your availabilities?
Susanna: The interviews went well! I’ll send you another scheduler for your Executive interviews. Can you send me your availabilities?

3 days later
Susanna: Here are 4 interview times.
Me: I’m sorry those are out of date now. Can you use Calendly?
Susanna: I’m sorry we can’t use Calendly. A new scheduler will contact you. Can you send me your availabilities?

I’m not making this up. One company ( a large MAANG) had me talk with 3 different schedulers.
